6. Shipping
Wrapped In Water currently ships only within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, inventory issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because skincare products are personal-use items, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. If you are genuinely unhappy with a product, contact us through the Contact Us form on our website. We will review the circumstances and may issue a refund when appropriate.
